ZEVRETT LLC
Terms of service
Last updated September 8, 2026
These terms describe services provided by Zevrett LLC, operating as Zevrett, with Aaron Davis as your direct contact. You must be an adult authorized to engage us and provide instructions on behalf of your business.
Agreeing on a project
Submitting a brief or requesting a call does not purchase a service or require payment. Aaron reviews your needs and confirms the scope, price, schedule, required assets, and account access in writing before asking you to pay. Your accepted written scope and the terms supplied with it form the service agreement. A separate signed agreement controls where it expressly changes these terms, subject to applicable law.
What each service covers
The pricing page describes each standard plan. Google Ads Management covers one agreed Google Search or video campaign and includes campaign ad text. Video campaigns require a client-supplied finished video with permission for advertising; management alone does not include video or artwork production. Creative plans provide finished video assets and do not include campaign management or media buying. The Full Package includes one Search or video campaign and one Custom Video Ad created by Aaron, not the three-ad Creative Pack.
Additional platforms, services, concepts, formats, complex tracking, or work outside the agreed scope require a separate quote and your approval.
Prices and payment
Published prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). The four standard project plans are one-time service fees. Advertising spend is separate and paid directly to the advertising platform. Any applicable taxes and approved third-party costs will be identified before you pay.
Unless the written scope specifies another schedule, payment is due after scope approval and before work starts. Stripe hosts checkout. We do not collect card numbers through our website forms. Pay only the amount and service you agreed on with Aaron.
Google Ads plans include 45 days of management starting only when your approved campaign launches. Onboarding, payment, campaign setup, and video production do not start that period. Continued management starts at $495 for an additional month of the same focused scope and requires a new agreement. There is no automatic renewal or recurring charge under these standard plans.
Access, approvals, and delivery
You keep ownership of your Google Ads account. Provide access through the platform’s permission tools, not by sharing passwords. You are responsible for keeping your billing method active and approving the budget and campaign before launch.
You approve the video concept and script before production. Delivery timing depends on the agreed scope, available assets, account access, and timely feedback. Aaron confirms the schedule before payment and discusses any needed change with you. Finished video files are delivered digitally by an agreed download or shared-folder link. There are no physical shipments.
Creative plans include the revision round described in the plan. Revisions cover changes within the approved concept. A new concept, extra formats, or additional rounds need an agreed quote before work proceeds. See the delivery, cancellation, and refund policy for incomplete or disputed work.
Your materials and advertising claims
Provide accurate business information and substantiate any product claims, testimonials, or results you ask us to use. You must have the rights and permissions needed for supplied images, music, branding, voices, likenesses, and other materials. We may decline instructions or materials that are misleading, unlawful, infringing, or inconsistent with platform policies.
For campaign tracking, you are responsible for your website’s privacy notices and any legally required consent. We will agree on tracking access and implementation within the purchased scope; complex consent or legal compliance systems are not included automatically.
Creative rights and AI-assisted work
You retain rights to materials you supply. You authorize Zevrett to use them and approved providers as needed to perform your project. Once the agreed fees are paid, you may use the finished deliverables commercially for the channels and uses agreed in writing, subject to any disclosed third-party license restrictions.
Stock assets, music, fonts, AI-generated material, and other third-party components remain subject to their applicable rights and licenses. AI-generated elements may not qualify for copyright protection or exclusivity. We do not promise exclusive ownership of those elements. Editable project files, unused concepts, source assets, and a copyright assignment are included only if agreed in writing.
We will obtain your permission before displaying your project or identifying you as a client in our public portfolio.
Results, confidentiality, and service issues
We do not guarantee ad approval, rankings, clicks, leads, sales, revenue, or return on ad spend. Advertising outcomes also depend on the platform, competition, budget, offer, website, and market conditions. Google and other platforms may change their policies or suspend accounts independently of Zevrett.
We use nonpublic project information for the agreed work and limit disclosure to necessary providers, authorized recipients, or legal requirements. Please identify confidential materials and restrictions before sharing them so the handling can be agreed.
If something is wrong, email Aaron with the project details and the issue. We will review it with you and address it under the agreed scope and refund policy. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to these terms
The version accepted for your project continues to apply to that project unless we both agree to a change. Updated website terms apply to future engagements; they do not change an existing agreement automatically.
