ZEVRETT LLC
Privacy policy
Last updated September 8, 2026
Zevrett is operated by Zevrett LLC. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit this website, request a call, submit a brief, or work with Aaron Davis.
Information we collect
- Information you provide: your name, business name, email, optional phone number, website, project answers, messages, shared asset links, and materials you provide for the work.
- Service information: agreed scope, approvals, campaign account identifiers and access you authorize, project notes, and communications.
- Payment records: Stripe may provide billing contact details, the service purchased, amount, currency, payment status, and transaction or receipt references. Payment details are entered on Stripe’s checkout, not into Zevrett’s forms. Zevrett does not receive or store your full card number or security code.
- Technical information: our hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, browser or device details, requested pages, timestamps, and error or security logs to operate and protect the website.
Do not submit passwords, full payment details, sensitive personal information, or customer lists through the forms. Share only materials you are authorized to provide.
How we use information
We use information to respond to requests, assess and agree on a project, provide the purchased services, communicate about approvals and delivery, manage payments and records, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations. Requesting a call or submitting a brief does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
Who receives information
Aaron reviews your submissions. Providers receive information needed to support their part of the service:
- Sites and Cloudflare: website hosting and delivery, security, and technical logs.
- Resend and our business email provider: delivery and storage of your brief, callback request, and project communications.
- Stripe: hosted payments, receipts, transaction records, and fraud prevention.
- Supabase: private client records and the private onboarding functions where those are used.
- Client-approved platforms and production tools: Google Ads for campaign work and selected editing, asset, voice, or AI tools for agreed creative production. Before confidential materials or a person’s likeness are shared with a production provider, we agree on the tools and relevant restrictions with you.
We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect rights or security, or to professional advisers supporting the business. We do not sell personal information or share it with advertisers for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Providers have their own privacy terms, including Stripe, Resend, Supabase, and Cloudflare. Their processing and your use of external links or shared folders are subject to their applicable policies.
Cookies and tracking
The current public marketing pages do not include advertising pixels or optional analytics scripts. Hosting, security, sign-in, and payment providers may use cookies or similar technologies needed for their services. Our video is hosted with the site; playing it does not load an embedded social video player.
You can control cookies in your browser, though blocking essential cookies may affect sign-in or payment features. This website does not change its behavior in response to a Do Not Track signal. We do not use cross-site advertising tracking on these pages. If we introduce optional tracking, we will update this policy and obtain consent where required before using it.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, provide and document services, maintain required financial records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. The type of information, project status, and applicable requirements determine the period. You can request deletion of information that is no longer needed. Necessary legal records and limited backup copies may remain for their applicable retention periods.
We use access controls and secure connections to protect information. No system is completely secure. Providers may process information in the United States, Canada, or other countries where they operate.
Your choices and requests
Email contact@zevrett.com to request access, correction, deletion, or information about how your data is used. Depending on the law that applies to you, additional rights may include a copy of your information, restriction of processing, an objection, withdrawal of consent, or a complaint to a privacy regulator. We will handle requests under applicable law and may need to verify your identity. Do not send identity documents unless we agree on a secure method.
Optional form fields can be left blank. You can ask us to stop following up on an inquiry. Necessary communications about an active project, payment, or legal obligation may still be sent.
Children and policy changes
These are business services intended for adults authorized to act for a business. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information so we can address it.
We will post changes here with an updated date and provide additional notice when required. A policy change does not by itself authorize a new use of information where consent is required.
